UAV 001 is a Delta Fixed-Wing Autonomous Aircraft which I’ll be CNCing the molds for. I’ve developed a super low budget process for creating all of my own molds and plugs from scrap material around the shop.

I derived and modified the fuselage from an open-source CAD file and am programming/designing all of the interior mechanics myself.

UAV 001 is actually coming after UAV 002 (I know I know the numbers are backwards) that’s just how my plans unfolded. See below for an image gallery of 002’s build process.
